This edition of one of the most interesting and beatuiful hymns of the Younger Avesta is based on a larger edition of the „Zamyad Yast“ in German by the same author. The booklet contains a general introduction to the texts of the Avesta, and, in particular, to the „Zamyad Yast“. The Avestan text of this Yast is accompanied by a parallel English translation, and is followed by a basic glossary and select bibliography.
