Dr. habil Guntram Hazod (b. 1956)
is a social anthropologist, senior researcher at the Austrian Academy of Sciences’ Institute for Social Anthropology (ISA). His research focus is on History and Anthropology of Early Tibet and the Himalayan Region.

Dr. Olaf Czaja (b. 1969)
is a Tibetologist, who works on Tibetan history, art and medicine. He is currently a research fellow at the University of Westminster, London.
