Short Description
This book is the first detailed practical book on the direct application of Integrative Body and Movement Therapy developed by Hilarion Petzold and his colleagues at the Fritz Perls Institute. It focuses on experience-centred work, applicable in personality development as well as in clinical practice. Depending on the client, the method can be used to develop the personality, for prevention and stabilisation and for healing. The book is based on practical experience and written for practical use. The brief presentation of the theoretical background justifies, structures and systematises the varied and rich repertoire of exercises and experiences on offer.Description
